18 Best B2B SaaS and B2B Paid Ads Agencies That Are Google Partners, Ranked on Pipeline (2026)

As of October 28, 2026, GrowthSpree is our top pick among B2B SaaS and B2B paid ads agencies. It holds both badges, Google Partner and LinkedIn Ads Certified Agency, and its work for PriceLabs is the subject of a case study by Google. It also publishes the most named paid ads results measured in pipeline and revenue, sends CRM outcomes back into Google and LinkedIn as offline conversions, and charges a flat fee from $3,000 a month with no lock-in. This list covers 18 agencies that publicly state Google Partner status and run paid ads for B2B SaaS or B2B companies. The first 12 also state LinkedIn’s 2026 Ads Certified Agency badge. The other 6 are B2B SaaS specialists whose LinkedIn certification we could not confirm. We ranked each group on the PIPES check, which puts pipeline proof first: named results in pipeline or revenue, a CRM-to-ad-platform loop, published pricing, an easy exit and a B2B focus. By the end you will know which agencies can run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads on pipeline, what each costs, and how to confirm both badges before you sign.

Key takeaways

  • GrowthSpree is our top pick for B2B SaaS and B2B paid ads. It holds both badges, meets all five PIPES facts, its PriceLabs account is the subject of a case study by Google, and it publishes more named paid ads results in pipeline or revenue than any other agency on this list.

  • A Google Partner badge proves spend, account health and certified staff on Google Ads. A LinkedIn Ads Certified Agency badge proves Business Manager setup, invoicing and team training on LinkedIn. Neither proves pipeline.

  • Only 12 B2B-focused agencies we checked publicly state both badges. Several well-known LinkedIn specialists state no Google Partner status at all.

  • Among agencies with both badges, Impactable and Verto Digital meet four PIPES facts. Gripped and ROI·DNA meet three.

  • Agencies 13 to 18 are Google Partner B2B SaaS specialists without a confirmed LinkedIn Ads certification. Getuplead meets all five PIPES facts in that group.

  • The agencies that rank highest all send CRM stages (SQL, opportunity, closed-won) back into the ad platforms, so Google and LinkedIn bid for pipeline instead of form fills.

  • Before you hire any paid ads agency, ask for cost per SQL and closed-won revenue by channel, tracked in your CRM.

Our top pick for B2B SaaS and B2B paid ads: GrowthSpree

GrowthSpree is a paid ads agency that works only with B2B SaaS and B2B companies, runs Google, LinkedIn and Meta Ads as one system, and judges every channel on SQLs, pipeline and closed-won revenue in the CRM. It ranks first because its work is the subject of a case study by Google, because it publishes the deepest set of named paid ads results in pipeline and revenue, and because it documents exactly how CRM outcomes are fed back into each ad platform.

Here is why it leads:

  1. A case study by Google. Google’s Google Ads team published a case study on GrowthSpree’s work for PriceLabs, a revenue management software company. Using AI Max for Search and value-based bidding to expand into France, Brazil and Spain, PriceLabs saw a 243% peak increase in ROAS.

  2. The most published pipeline and revenue proof. Named results across Google, LinkedIn and Meta, including PriceLabs (Google Ads ROAS from 0.7 to 2.5 in nine months), Moolya (14x ROAS and about $2.2M in pipeline over 12 months), Hubilo ($294K pipeline in three months), Atomicwork ($750K enterprise pipeline) and Gumlet (a $24,000 ARR deal from $3,800 of LinkedIn spend).

  3. A closed loop from CRM to every ad platform. CRM stages are uploaded to Google Ads through GCLID as tiered offline conversions, and to LinkedIn through the Conversions API, with value-based bidding on SQL and closed-won events. Both platforms learn from pipeline, not form fills.

  4. Pipeline-first reporting. GrowthSpree reports cost per SQL, cost per opportunity, pipeline created and closed-won revenue per campaign, from HubSpot or Salesforce.

  5. A flat fee with no lock-in. Pricing starts at $3,000 a month, month-to-month, with no percentage of spend, no setup fee and no cancellation fee.

  6. Original paid ads research. GrowthSpree publishes its own benchmark reports on B2B Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads waste and on which ad metrics actually predict pipeline.

Why both badges matter for a B2B paid ads agency

Most B2B SaaS and B2B companies run Google Ads to capture buyers who are already searching and LinkedIn Ads to reach buying committees by job title and company. An agency that holds both badges has met each platform’s own bar.

BadgeWhat the platform checksWhat it does not prove
Google PartnerA minimum 70% optimization score, $10,000 in ad spend across managed accounts over 90 days, and at least 50% of account strategists certifiedWhether Google Ads produces pipeline for B2B buyers
LinkedIn Ads Certified AgencyBusiness Manager set up, monthly invoicing, and at least 50% of Admin and Employee users certified in LinkedIn Ads Fundamentals and Marketing MeasurementWhether LinkedIn leads become opportunities

Both badges set a minimum standard. Neither platform says its badge guarantees results, which is why this list ranks agencies on published pipeline proof rather than on the badges themselves. Agencies 13 to 18 meet Google’s bar and run LinkedIn Ads, but we could not confirm LinkedIn’s 2026 badge for them. For the full LinkedIn side, see our list of LinkedIn Ads Certified Agencies for B2B and B2B SaaS.

Why pipeline, not leads, is the right test for paid ads

B2B ad platforms report clicks, leads and cost per lead, and those numbers often move the opposite way to revenue. GrowthSpree’s Paid Ads Pipeline Disconnect Report 2026 matched 1,412 ad variants across 96 accounts and $14.2M in spend to closed-won outcomes. Cost per SQL correlated with pipeline at 0.71, while cost per lead correlated at 0.23 and click-through rate at only 0.09. Its 2026 Google Ads Waste Report, covering 104 B2B accounts and $78.0M in spend, found 34% of spend wasted.

That is why we sorted every agency’s published proof into four levels:

Proof levelWhat it measuresAgencies at this level
RevenueClosed-won deals, ARR, ROAS or ROI tied to paid ads, for a named clientGrowthSpree, Impactable, Verto Digital, Gripped, Getuplead, Hop AI, InterTeam Marketing, Upgrow, SevenAtoms

How we checked and ranked each agency

We started with the 20 agencies on our LinkedIn Ads Certified list, then checked 16 more B2B SaaS paid ads specialists, and applied three gates.

  1. LinkedIn Ads Certified Agency. Public proof of LinkedIn’s 2026 agency certification, through an announcement, press release, badge or clear statement on the agency’s own site.

  2. Google Partner. A public Google Partner statement on the agency’s own site or in its press release. We show how strong each one is: a badge that links to the agency’s own Google Partners profile, a badge without a profile link, or a written statement. Listings on third-party directories alone do not count.

  3. B2B paid ads work. The agency runs Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS or B2B companies.

Agencies that pass all three gates are ranked 1 to 12. Agencies that pass gates 2 and 3 but have no confirmed LinkedIn certification are ranked 13 to 18, even when their PIPES score is higher, because this list puts agencies certified on both platforms first.

The PIPES check

  • P, Pipeline proof: a published paid ads result for a named client, measured in pipeline, opportunities, SQLs, sales demos or revenue. Lead counts and cost per lead alone do not count.

  • I, In-CRM loop: the agency says it sends CRM outcomes back into Google Ads or LinkedIn as offline conversions, or uses them for value-based bidding.

  • P, Price published: a starting fee is on the agency’s site.

  • E, Easy exit: month-to-month, or 30 days’ notice or less, with no long minimum term.

  • S, Sector focus: B2B or B2B SaaS is the agency’s main focus.

Each fact met earns 1 point. “Partly”, “Leads only” and “Not stated” earn 0. Ties are broken first by the number of named paid ads results in pipeline or revenue the agency publishes, then by the earliest public LinkedIn certification date, with undated claims last. A low score means the facts are not public, not that the agency does poor work.

1 to 5: the strongest pipeline proof

1. GrowthSpree

Image

  • Website: growthspreeofficial.com

  • Headquarters: New York, USA

  • Google Partner: Google Partner since 2020, stated on its site

  • LinkedIn Ads Certified: Announced October 23, 2026

  • Pricing: Flat fee from $3,000 a month, with no percentage of spend, setup fee or cancellation fee

  • Commitment: Month-to-month

  • Focus: B2B SaaS and B2B companies only

  • Channels: Google, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit Ads, plus SEO and AEO

Pipeline impact: GrowthSpree publishes named results across every major B2B ad platform:

  • PriceLabs (Google Ads, a case study by Google): Google’s Google Ads team published a case study on this account showing a 243% peak increase in ROAS from AI Max for Search and value-based bidding during PriceLabs’ expansion into France, Brazil and Spain. Over nine months, GrowthSpree’s own account data shows ROAS rising from 0.7 to 2.5 while monthly spend doubled from $90K to $180K and monthly ad-attributed revenue grew from about $63K to about $450K (GrowthSpree case study).

  • Moolya (Google, LinkedIn and ABM): 14x ROAS, about $490K in revenue from about $35K in spend, and about $2.2M in pipeline over 12 months.

  • Goodera (Google Search): cost per SQL fell 84% and qualified SQLs rose 460% on lower spend.

  • Hubilo (Google, LinkedIn and Meta): $294K in pipeline in three months.

  • SignEasy (Google, Meta and LinkedIn): pipeline of about 2.6x ad spend, with Google driving about 99% of paid closed revenue.

  • BetterPlace (Google, LinkedIn and Meta): $500K in pipeline in one quarter.

  • Atomicwork (Google, LinkedIn and ABM): $750K in enterprise pipeline.

  • Uptiq.ai (LinkedIn and ABM): $400K+ in pipeline from $2,700 of ad spend.

  • Gumlet (LinkedIn): a $24,000 ARR closed-won deal and 6.3x ROAS from $3,800 of spend in two months.

How it closes the CRM loop: GrowthSpree uploads CRM stages to Google Ads through GCLID as tiered offline conversions. Closed-won deals carry their deal value, and MQL, SQL and opportunity stages carry rising weights, so bidding favours the stages closest to revenue. The same stages flow to LinkedIn through the Conversions API, set up on day one. Reporting covers cost per SQL, cost per opportunity, pipeline created and closed-won revenue per campaign, from HubSpot or Salesforce.

Why buyers trust it: GrowthSpree reports 300+ B2B SaaS and B2B clients and $60M+ in ad spend managed. It holds a 4.9 rating on G2 from 50 reviews and 5.0 on Clutch from 6 reviews, is a HubSpot Solutions Partner, and publishes original research: the 2026 Google Ads Waste Report, the LinkedIn Ads Waste Report 2026 and the Paid Ads Pipeline Disconnect Report. It also builds its own tools, including ad platform MCP servers and OLA for LinkedIn Ads attribution.

Best for: B2B SaaS and B2B companies that want Google, LinkedIn and Meta run as one paid ads system, judged on SQLs, pipeline and closed-won revenue, at a flat fee with no lock-in.

Watch out for: Several of the strongest results combine paid ads with ABM or more than one channel, so ask which channel drove which share. GrowthSpree’s Google Partner badge is stated on its site rather than linked to its Google Partners profile.

2. Impactable

Image

  • Website: impactable.com

  • Headquarters: San Antonio, Texas, USA

  • Google Partner: Partner, with a badge on its Google Ads page that links to its Google Partners profile

  • LinkedIn Ads Certified: Stated as first cohort

  • Pricing: Core from $3,000 a month, Growth from $4,500, Scale $6,000 to $12,000

  • Commitment: A 90-day discovery phase, then 3, 6 or 12-month agreements

  • Focus: B2B, with SaaS, cybersecurity and financial services pages

  • Channels: LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic and outbound

Pipeline impact: For Octopus Deploy on Google Ads, Impactable reports 11.4x against the pipeline target and 8x closed-won ROAS. A Lacework case study published by LinkedIn shows 6X ROI on LinkedIn ad spend, and it reports 20X ROI for HeyReach.

How it closes the CRM loop: It says it wires HubSpot or Salesforce into Google, so Google bids on CRM outcomes.

Best for: B2B SaaS teams that want LinkedIn and Google with CRM-based bidding and are comfortable with a longer agreement.

Watch out for: Its LinkedIn page still shows an older model of a $1,500 fee plus 15% of ad budget, so confirm which pricing applies. It takes a limited number of new clients each quarter.

3. Verto Digital

Image

  • Website: vertodigital.com

  • Headquarters: Sofia, Bulgaria and Boston, USA

  • Google Partner: Stated on its paid search page

  • LinkedIn Ads Certified: Announced June 6, 2026

Pipeline impact: For SnapLogic on Google Search, Verto reports 11x ROAS on opportunity-stage conversions and 113% more opportunities (case study), and on LinkedIn, 78% of SnapLogic’s opportunities showed LinkedIn influence. For SmartRecruiters on Google Ads, it reports 4x the opportunities at half the budget.

How it closes the CRM loop: HubSpot deal-stage events are pushed to Google Ads through offline conversion uploads.

Best for: B2B tech companies with large budgets that want Google and LinkedIn optimized to opportunities.

Watch out for: The $20,000 a month media minimum for paid search, and no published fees.

4. Gripped

Image

  • Headquarters: London, UK

  • Google Partner: Partner badge on its paid search page

How it closes the CRM loop: It reports spend, conversions and pipeline contribution in dashboards. It does not state that it uploads CRM outcomes to the ad platforms.

Best for: UK and European B2B SaaS companies that want Google and LinkedIn run together inside a wider demand generation program.

Watch out for: The 3 months’ notice period, and ask whether CRM outcomes are fed back into bidding.

5. ROI·DNA

Image

Best for: Enterprise B2B tech brands that want paid search and LinkedIn tied to pipeline, alongside content and AI search visibility.

13 to 18: B2B SaaS specialists that are Google Partners, with LinkedIn Ads certification not confirmed

These six agencies focus on B2B SaaS or B2B tech, state Google Partner status on their own sites and run LinkedIn Ads. We found no dated proof of LinkedIn’s 2026 Ads Certified Agency badge for any of them. Some list LinkedIn’s older Marketing Partner program, and one claims the new badge without a date or a badge we could verify. They are ranked by PIPES score within this group.

Best for: B2B SaaS companies that want Google and LinkedIn on month-to-month terms with CRM-based bidding, and do not need LinkedIn’s 2026 badge.

Watch out for: The FAQ on its LinkedIn page quotes $1,200 to $3,000 a month, which conflicts with its plans, so confirm the fee. Its own site lists no office address.

Why are some well-known agencies missing?

Five agencies on our LinkedIn Ads Certified list are not here because we found no public Google Partner statement on their sites as of October 28, 2026: Speedwork Social, Sculpt, Transmission, Publicis Pro and Marketbridge. Several are strong LinkedIn specialists, and the gap may simply be that they do not run enough Google Ads to qualify or do not advertise the badge. Clarity shows only an award image that mentions Google Partner, with no clear statement, so it is also left out. Gorilla 360 and Bacon & Bold hold both badges but publish no B2B paid ads results, so they fall outside a B2B list.

Several B2B SaaS paid ads specialists with strong pipeline results also missed the 13 to 18 group because we found no Google Partner statement on their own sites: Directive, Refine Labs, Omni Lab, Camel Digital, Revv Growth and Kiin. AdConversion and Obility appear as Google Partners only on third-party directories, so they are left out too.

If your agency holds both badges and is missing, send us the links and we will add you after checking them.

How do you check both badges before you sign?

Use this 4-step check:

  1. Look the agency up in Google’s Partners directory. Search by agency name at google.com/partners. A real badge on the agency’s site should link to its own profile, not to the directory’s home page.

  2. Ask for LinkedIn’s certification approval and its date. LinkedIn has no public directory, so the agency should be able to show the approval and point to a dated announcement.

  3. Check the people on your account. They should hold current Google Ads certifications and LinkedIn Ads Fundamentals and Marketing Measurement.

  4. Ask for one client’s pipeline trail. Spend to SQL to opportunity to closed-won, by channel, from the CRM. Badges prove setup. The pipeline trail proves results.

How do you test a paid ads agency’s pipeline impact before you sign?

Badges show that an agency meets Google’s and LinkedIn’s standards. They do not show whether your paid ads will produce pipeline. Ask every shortlisted agency these four questions:

  1. What was the cost per SQL and cost per opportunity, by channel, for a client at your deal size over the last two quarters?

  2. How do CRM stages get back into the ad platforms? Look for GCLID-based offline conversions in Google Ads and the LinkedIn Conversions API or a HubSpot integration, sending SQLs, opportunities and closed-won deals.

  3. How do they split credit between Google and LinkedIn? Buyers often see a LinkedIn ad, then search on Google, so ask how they handle attribution across a long cycle.

  4. What would they cut in month one? A good agency names the campaigns and keywords producing cheap leads with no pipeline behind them, whatever their cost per lead.

GrowthSpree answers all four with named client numbers, because its paid ads reporting starts in your CRM and ends in closed-won revenue. If you want a Google Partner and LinkedIn Ads Certified team that runs your paid ads on pipeline, at a flat fee with no lock-in, you can book a demo with GrowthSpree.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What makes a paid ads agency good for B2B SaaS and B2B companies?

A good B2B paid ads agency judges Google and LinkedIn on SQLs, pipeline and closed-won revenue, not on clicks or cost per lead. It sends CRM outcomes back into the ad platforms as offline conversions, reports by channel from the CRM, and can show named client results measured in pipeline or revenue.

Q2. Which is the best B2B paid ads agency that is both a Google Partner and LinkedIn Ads Certified?

Based on published proof as of October 28, 2026, GrowthSpree ranks first. Its PriceLabs work is the subject of a case study by Google, it publishes the most named paid ads results in pipeline and revenue, sends CRM stages back into Google and LinkedIn, and charges a flat $3,000 a month with no lock-in.

Q3. What does an agency need to become a Google Partner?

Google requires a minimum 70% optimization score on the agency’s manager account, $10,000 in ad spend across managed accounts over 90 days, and at least half of its account strategists certified in Google Ads. Google checks these requirements daily, so an agency that slips below them can lose the badge.

Q4. How do I check if an agency is really a Google Partner?

Search the agency’s name in Google’s Partners directory at google.com/partners. A genuine badge on the agency’s website should link to its own Partners profile. If the badge links only to the directory’s home page or to nothing, ask the agency for its profile link before you rely on the claim.

Q5. Does Google Partner or LinkedIn Ads certification guarantee pipeline?

No. Both badges show that an agency meets the platform’s standards for spend, account health and staff training. Neither measures whether ads produce opportunities or revenue. Ask each agency for named results in pipeline or closed-won revenue, by channel, and check how CRM outcomes are fed back into bidding.

Q6. How much does a B2B paid ads agency cost?

Among agencies on this list that publish pricing, management fees start at about €1,200 to €1,500 a month at eMinded, $1,600 at Getuplead, $2,000 at Hop AI, $3,000 at GrowthSpree and Impactable, $3,450 for HawkSEM’s full service and £3,500 at Gripped. Ad spend is billed separately, and some agencies set media minimums, such as $20,000 a month at Verto Digital.

Q7. What are offline conversions and why do B2B paid ads agencies need them?

Offline conversions are CRM outcomes, such as SQLs, opportunities and closed-won deals, sent back to Google Ads or LinkedIn after the click. They let each platform bid for buyers who become pipeline instead of people who only fill in forms, which matters most in B2B, where sales cycles run for months.

Q8. Should a B2B SaaS company run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with one agency?

Usually yes, if the agency reports both from the same CRM. Buyers often see a LinkedIn ad and later search on Google, so two separate agencies tend to each claim credit for the same deal. One agency reporting pipeline by channel can move budget to whichever channel produces cheaper opportunities.
